Yes. Our team handles the maintenance that falls under our scope and coordinates with the manufacturer or its representative when the equipment requires it.
Can I use just the platform with my own biomedical equipment?
Yes. You can use TCSalud for inventory, plans, and work orders with your own staff, and add our operation whenever you need it.
Do you handle calibrations?
We coordinate calibrations with accredited laboratories. Calibration tracking on the platform is currently in development.
